BUT WHAT "SHAMBHALA" MEAN ?
Shambhala, which is a Sanskrit word
meaning “place of peace” or “place of silence”,
is a mythical paradise spoken of in sacred ancient texts
and appears in traditional oriental legends .
According to legend, it is a land where only the pure of heart can live,
a place where love and wisdom reigns.
AND WHOM ARE THE HANDS BEHIND ?

ALICE BE.
Massage therapist & foundator of studio Shambhala
For over 15 years, my journey has been dedicated to the worlds of
wellness, healthy & holistic care.
Shortly after completing my studies in aesthetics and massage therapy in France,
I followed my passion abroad,
beginning my career in St. Barthélemy and later in Australia.
Along the way, I had the opportunity to work in luxury spa resorts,
refine my skills, and discover a wide variety of healing traditions and bodywork techniques.
My travels became an essential part of my learning.
In Thailand, I trained in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage,
while in India, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training,
deepening my understanding of the connection between body, mind, and energy.
Since 2015, I have been fortunate to call Jericoacoara home.
Studio Shambhala was born from the desire to bring together everything I have learned throughout these years of exploration, practice, and personal growth.
Today, every treatment I offer is infused with experience, intuition, presence, and genuine care. My goal is simple: to create a space where you can fully relax, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling restored, balanced, and inspired.
When I'm not at the studio, you'll most likely find me surfing or wing-foiling, practicing yoga,
or enjoying the natural beauty of Jeri.
These moments in nature help me recharge
& allow me to share my best energy with every guest I welcome.
Thank you for being here.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing this beautiful experience together.
With love,
Alice
